The Regenera Clinic Delta subscription service (app app.cellvitae.es) is provided by REGENERA CLINIC WORLD, SL (Spanish tax ID B63757538). Contact: consulta@regeneraclinic.com.
Paid access to the app's Premium features (Progress, Consult with the team, and Emergencies/protocols). Regenera Clinic Delta is a wellbeing service; it is not a medical device and does not replace medical consultation.
Monthly: €9.99 (VAT included) per month.
Annual: €99.99 (VAT included) per year (equivalent to 2 months free).
Applicable VAT is determined by your billing country (EU VAT OSS) and shown on the invoice.
If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple charges the price of its own store for your country, which may differ from the amounts above — for example, US$8.99 per month in the United States. The exact amount is always shown by the App Store before you confirm.
The subscription includes a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to Premium features at no cost. The first charge is made when the trial ends (day 15), for the amount of the plan you chose; the billing cycle starts from then. If you cancel before the trial ends, from Settings › Manage subscription, you are not charged anything.
After the trial, the subscription renews automatically: it is charged in advance at the start of each period and renews on its own until you cancel. You will receive the receipt by email.
You may cancel at any time, with no penalty, from Settings › Manage subscription. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing; if you cancel afterwards, you keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid for.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed and cancelled from your Apple account settings, under Apple's own terms.
For digital services with immediate access, by starting the service — which begins with the free trial — before the 14-day period, the consumer expressly waives their right of withdrawal (Article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Ticking the box "I request immediate access…" on the payment screen constitutes that waiver.
This 14-day withdrawal period is a statutory right and is unrelated to the 14-day free trial described in section 4, even though both happen to be the same length.
At launch the price is €9.99/month with no discount. If any future reduction is announced, the previous reference price will be shown in accordance with price transparency rules.
Payment is processed through Stripe, or through Apple if you subscribe from the App Store. Regenera Clinic Delta does not store your card details.
Any price change will be communicated with reasonable notice and will apply only to subsequent periods; you may cancel before it takes effect.
